Ohio Sea Scouts Win Grand Prize of $30,000 for the Interlux Waterfront Challenge
Their goal was to create a light weight, inexpensive scoop with a minimum number of moving parts that could be handled
easily by one person, whether on a boat or on land. The end result exceeded their ambitious goals.
